From a physical health perspective, self-care has been clinically proven to reduce heart disease, stroke and cancer. Spiritually, it may help keep us in tune with our higher power as well as realize our meaning in life.

Terms ,Conditons & Benefits
Join our self-care club paying just 39£ a month (non-member price is £60 to £75 for a massage treatment) and enjoy any of our 1 hour massage treatment + with a 30 minutes far infrared sauna session (non- member price for sauna £40) a month. 3 month minimum membership. Cancel any time after 3 months. First 39£ is charged on the day you join our self- care club by agreeing to our terms and conditons . Thereafter 39£ will be charged every month on the date you joined the club,please remeber to book your massage treatment on a day and a time convenient to you every month depending on our availabilty by texting us on 078 10183145 or by email - [email protected]
NO Joining fee,you have the choice to put your memebership on hold for 02 months anytime (for example, if you going on holiday)every year, after 3 months of joining & you will not be charged any fee. After those 02 months ,your membership will be cancelled unles you have requested us to reactivate at the end of those 2 months. You cannot use any of your monthly unused entitlements ( if any left) while your membership is on hold. You must use any discounted treatments you have bought on your membership before the membership is canceled. Any reduced price treatments bought on your membership will get invalid if not used before your membership is cancelled. Any unused monthly entitlments ( once a month 1 Hr massage + 30 minutes sauna session) invaild when you cancel your mebership.
Any additional massage treatments you want to buy for you or your family will be 50% off from the full price. 50% off treatments you have bought should be used before your membership expires. Any 50% treatments bought will get invalid if not used before your membership is cancelled.
Enjoy 10% off from most of our beauty treatments and a full body tan for 25£ ( normal price is 30£) during your membership
Buy 50% off additional infrared sauna sessions with your addtional massages to go with during your membership
1 Hour Treatments available for Self-Care Club members to book every month prior to or after your 30 minute IFR sauna session.
