Frangipani Spa - Brighton reserves the right to use for its own purposes any material submitted to the site, including text and images, either on the site or in any other form. Frangipani Spa Ltd reserves the right to monitor submissions to the site and to edit or reject any submissions.

Bookings and Treatments

The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made at www.frangipani-spa.uk or directly by phone or in person or by text.

All rates featured on www.frangipani-spa. uk are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice. Frangipani Spa Ltd and /or its’ practitioners reserve a right to decline bookings and / or treatment without an obligation to provide any reason for doing so.

All clients are responsible to ensure that a consultation takes place and that they are suitably healthy to receive the treatment provided. All therapists at Frangipani Spa - Brighton are qualified and fully insured. 

Payments and Cancellations

While booking over the phone you’ll need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your booking. You can secure your booking using MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express or Switch. You can also secure your booking using the online payments function which utilizes Stripe web payments. Payments are made in advance of the treatment (by paying full payment) when booking through the web site or over the phone. We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be issued a full refund. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be issued a 50% refund. Last minute cancellations (30 minutes prior to the appointment time) or you do not turn up for your appointment will not be refunded. Payments in cash are available on the day of the appointment but only after confirmation with a representative of the business.

Refund Policy

All treatments once booked with us are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. You can reschedule your appointments - Please read Cancellations and changes below for more details.

Information About You From Third Parties

In order to protect all our customers against potential fraud, we verify the information you provide with bank processors listed below. In the course of such verification, we receive personally identifiable information about you from such services.

Information Security

As we are using Stripe system to operate our payments collection you should be aware that Stripe is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. They use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, enforce physical access controls to their buildings and files, and authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid to a maximum of 12 months from the date issued. Gift Vouchers are non refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be used as specified on the voucher. Can not be used in conjunction with offers. Any gift vouchers bought on self-care club membership at reduced price will be cancelled on the day you cancel your membership.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or change any booking up to 24 hours before the appointment time. When booking and paying you are authorizing us to retain the full cost of your treatment should you cancel the appointment last minute ( less than 30 minutes to the appointment time) or you do not turn up for your appointment. When booking and paying you are authorizing us to retain the 50% of the cost of your treatment should you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours ( 30 minutes prior to your appointment).

Use of Personal Information

Frangipani-spa Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its on-line visitors. When booking and having treatments we collect the e-mail addresses of our clients. This information is never shared with other parties. We may occasionally contact you with special offers but you can make the request to opt out from all communications by email, phone or visitng us . Also we do not store any of your financial data and they are only used for the purpose of completing a transaction with our business.

We adhere to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (www.pcisecuritystandards.org).

Frangipani Spa Ltd reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to its’ website and /or services for any reason at any time.

We accept no responsibility for any interruption to Frangipani Spa Ltd’s site and /or services for reasons beyond our control.

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, warranties and understandings between you and us.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your common law and statutory rights.
