Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy:

Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be issued a full refund. Appointments cancelled 24-48 hours will be issued a partial refund of 50% of your cost. Cancellations under 24 hours or you do not turn up for your appointment will not be refunded.

We allow free cancellation up to 48 hours.

We charge a partial fee (50%) for 24–48 hours notice.

We charge fully for under 24 hours cancellations or no-show.
